Once it’s dispatched,​ the order status will be changed to “complete”.  And tracking number will be added to your order notes! (You should also receive this note on email).

You can also login to your account, to check the status and tracking number of your order.

Most of the time, when delays occur, they are for reasons beyond our control (for example, due to holidays or very bad weather ), which affect the delivery time.

The maximum delivery time that local post gives is 30 days from day of dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable as a payment method when ordering in our online store.
