Make sure you provide right shipping address and pick up your packages, when they arrive.
All items purchased from 4SlimBody, when the status is changed to completed, order is shipped and added tracking number on your order notes.
In case, if the package is lost and you provided right shipping address, we will send you the same products for free, but no money refund.
In case you provided right shipping address, if you don’t pick up your package by the mail and the waiting time is over, they send this package back to us, if so, we won’t send you replacment and no money refund. If you still need those products, you need to make new order and payment.
In case you provided wrong shipping address and not receive your package, we won’t send you replacment and no money refund. If you still need those products, you need to edit correct shipping address and make new order, payment.
